How does medicine delivery in Noida work on InstaMG?
InstaMG sends your order to every licensed partner pharmacy near your address at the same time, and the first pharmacy that has your medicines accepts it, packs it and hands it to a rider. You don't pick a store, and you're not stuck if one store is out of stock.
That's the part most people don't expect. A typical delivery app routes you to one shop. If that shop is short of one strip, your order waits or gets cancelled. With InstaMG, the order goes out to all nearby partners at once, and you can watch the count of pharmacies being notified while you wait.
Once a pharmacy accepts:
- It confirms it has every item.
- Its pharmacist checks your prescription, if your order needs one.
- You approve the final bill.
- A delivery partner collects the sealed pack from the counter.
- You track the rider live to your door.

How fast is delivery in Sector 150?
Inside the launch zone, most orders are expected to arrive in about 30 minutes. The app shows an estimate for your exact address before you pay, worked out from recent deliveries nearby rather than a fixed promise.
Some orders take longer, and it's worth knowing why:

What can you order?
There are three ways in, and you can use whichever fits the situation.
- Everyday medicines. Paracetamol, cold and cough syrups, ORS, antacids, vitamins, thermometers and other items that don't need a prescription. Add them to your cart and check out.
- Prescription medicines. Upload a photo of your prescription. The pharmacist at the accepting pharmacy verifies it and prices it, and you approve the bill before dispatch.
- A doctor consultation first. Consult a registered doctor by video, call or chat. If you're prescribed something, the e-prescription goes straight into pharmacy matching.
Some medicines can't be sold this way at all. Narcotic and psychotropic medicines, for example, aren't available on InstaMG.

Our honest advice: if you order once in a while, skip Plus. If your household orders medicines every month, for example for a parent's blood pressure tablets, Plus usually pays for itself in about four orders.

What should you keep ready before ordering?
Most delays we expect at launch will come from small, avoidable things. Two minutes of preparation saves a lot of back-and-forth.
A clear photo of your prescription

The right address details
Add your tower, floor and flat number, and a landmark if your society has several gates. Sector 150 has a lot of large societies, and a rider waiting at the wrong gate is an easy delay to avoid.
A phone that's switched on
If the rider can't reach you, they'll wait a short while and call. If that fails, the order may go back to the pharmacy. Our shipping policy sets out what happens then.
Can you order medicines for your parents?
Yes. Add their address, their name and their phone number for the rider, and pay from your own phone. It's a situation plenty of Noida families know: you're at work in Gurugram or Delhi, and your parents are at home in Noida.
A few tips:
- Save their address as a separate place, so you don't change your own by mistake.
- Upload their prescription in their name. The patient's name on the prescription should match who the medicine is for.
- Set a refill reminder for medicines they take every day, so you're nudged before the strip runs out.
Is it safe to order medicines online in Noida?
It's as safe as the pharmacy that dispenses the medicine. That's why InstaMG works only with licensed pharmacies, shows each pharmacy's drug licence number on your order, and dispenses prescription medicines only after a pharmacist has checked a valid prescription.
When your order arrives, check that the pack is sealed and matches the invoice.
